Please join St. Joseph Medical Center as we “Step Out” to walk for the American Diabetes Association on Saturday, November 21 at 7:30 a.m. at Minute Maid Park in Downtown Houston.

Parking for the Minute Maid Park location is in Minute Maid lots A, B and C (near the intersection of Texas Avenue and Hamilton)
7:30 a.m. - Check-in/Day-of-event registration
8:30 a.m. - 5K run begins
9:00 a.m. - 3K walk begins
Health and Fitness Festival to immediately follow run and walk
Everyone who raises at least $125 will receive a Step Out event t -shirt! All individuals who raise at least $500, and teams that raise at least $1,250, by November 1st will be Elite Feet participants. Elite Feet participants will receive a special gift, VIP breakfast, VIP parking and VIP check-in/registration on the morning of the event.
